Watercolor pencils are coming back :)
If you have been stamping as long as I have you will know that you have missed the watercolor pencils. I am so excited they will be back starting January 4th 2017 in the brand new beautiful Occasions catalog. Stampin' Up! has released a great video about the new water color pencils.
